We didn't get a ton of rain. Mostly scattered T-storms.
The river at Harrisburg was officially listed by NOAA at 4.3 ft. on Thursday. There are different holes like anywhere. Some as deep as 10', especially below the bridge close to Harrisburg International Airport.
We use nightcrawlers and pieces of Slim Jims.
If you google map the river at the Pa. Turnpike, that's the area we fish.
