Sound advice Cato. Over the years I have used five different charters down there including you. Had a great time with you and three others. The fifth was not fun. I like fishing the sound and enjoy fishing with Doug and Rick off Ocracoke alot.
It's hard for a non resident to know who to call. It boils down to trial, error, and referrals.
