Surf. 0530 - 1030 hrs. WSW 8-12. Brown water. Croaker, sea mullet. Crabs eatin well. Bait de jour = art. bloodworms. Overcast w/ few sprinkles.

Jumpin rays mid afternoon.

No problems w/ visitors or surfers. Very few on beach till 1000 hrs.

And...will wonders never cease? Both sides of East Point inow "posted" No Parking. That will eliminste Surf Camp kiddies and counselors + the dozens drivin here to get ocean access.

Austin's (Rodanthe) shellfish tonight. Clams $17.99 50 count, sno crab $14.99 lb. Saw 50 count clams at Harris Teeter 2 weeks ago for $12.99.
