Sands Restaurant

Hey King, a while back there was discussion about restaurants and I asked about the Sands Restaurant. It's where the Hotline Thrift shop is now.

I saw in Warren Judge's obituary/article where he was the owner.

From the article.. He also operated the Sands Seafood Restaurant on the Outer Banks and was fondly known as the “Sandsman.”
