Buccaneer Motel

More about the Buccaneer below and for those not familiar with the trailer park right beside the motel there's some drinking going on and over on the beach, their recycling trash cans are usually overflowing with beer bottles on the weekends. It's a Jimmy Buffett crowd on vacation relaxing. Charlotte the owner she has an outdoor party lot set up where on Saturdays they have live music from local bands with colored stage lights flashing, cornhole tournaments with prizes and sometimes BBQ catering from BJ's Carolina Cafe. I mean try driving through East Sibbern Drive on a Saturday night on a holiday weekend, you have to drive through the crowd. The people in the trailer park are going to give them a beer if they ask for a beer. It's not an ideal spot for one and those old motels come in handy if you need a temporary place to stay because of flooding or other problems, the water drains off fast at that place into other areas. Those people would be better off on a farm out in the country where they could go outside and be with themselves. And probably about half the people buying property near the trailer court is because they want to be near their friends in it without having to deal with the tight parking. One of them was a lady from there that built a McMansion on two lots and never rented the house just uses it for her family.
