New Memorial

Looks good but why hide it there, more would see it further north beside the highway at Oregon Inlet.

Make a nice famous landmark at the entrance of Hatteras Island and be like their own "Man at the Wheel".

Memorial planned to honor the many lives lost to German U-boats in WWII
