I am a west coast transplant to the northeast, and relatively new striper/rock fishing. I cut my teeth in NY & NJ for the past couple years, but now want to continue my out of control surf fishing addiction in the winter. I only surf fish. Any advice on when I should plan my trip to NC, and where is best to rent a place for a couple weeks? Thanks.
