Thursday Waves Report

Surf 0610 hrs. WSW 10 - 20. Brown water. Fishin trough btw 2 sand bars last 2 weeks. Another tiring morning. Spot, mullet, sharks, 18" flounder. Too many to count. Squid and cut spot best baits.

This Capt and son non stop till 1000 hrs.

Beach empty 500 ft. Each side of Capt's family. "Visitors" arrive and set up in front of and 6 feet away. No clue!!!

"Visitor" fishermen no catch. Left shaking heads at 0900 hrs.

Talked to NPS this AM again re: non enforcement of rule that all canopies, chairs etc. must not be left overnite on beach. Story today = "visitors" get upset when enforced. So it's not bein enforced. Bottom line its all about closures, and that enforcement.
