Re: rant. No sweat. Feel your pain re: cooking for others.

Have much same w/ annual clambake for neighbors. Cover all the cost. Do all the prep, hosting, cooking, and cleanup work. Few years ago ladies asked for lobsters too (don't know where they put it all.) Went grudgingly along w/ that. Then one of the ladies insisted she have lobster tail...not a whole lobster. The last straw. This Capt does "not" provide tails...period. And...none of them has ever stepped up to take it on at their place. (My rant).

But....Livin in old people community, deal w/ it daily. Gotta be as kind as possible.
