Sand Fleas

Should be, the sand fleas like bright sunny days and will move to the shoals or outer bar if it's a cloudy day. They don't really go anywhere, I snag a bunch of them during the middle of winter on top of the outer bar when I'm dragging a treble hooked lure over it. The sand fleas look different during the winter with a long thin piece of shell thing on its end.

Anyway when you do get some they will keep for days in a cup on ice inside a cooler. Just keep them dry and remember to drain the yellow waste out of the cup everyday.
