Arrived Yesterday to the OBX. Spending a few days in a condo in Nags Head till our house opens in Rodanthe on Saturday. No serious fishing yet but have caught all the Spot and Croaker you would want. Water Yesterday (Tues 17th) was crystal clear and very warm. Wind switch form the SW today and water started to dirty up a little, still warm water though. Took the kids on a near shore charter today and had a blast catching all the Amberjack we could handle, Dolphin Fish, a small Cobia, got a Wahoo to the boat but broke line and capped of the trip with a 50+lb Red Drum! Hopefully we can catch something on the beach that Capt. D would be proud of!! :)
