Friday Report

Rodanthe. Surf. Readin, walkin, packin today.

Late afternoon radio controlled dune buggies running the beach. More dogs off leashes but no problems.

Later afternoon packin van. 4 cars out front blockin entire end of the street. Several out scopin the beach and this Capt packin. Beach was near empty. Left after 10 minute discussion. Not surfers. Waaaay Fishy... Profiling immediately points toward drug gang. Have to stay up late w/ eyes on van. Sad commentary.

Last nite East Point area quiet. Just couple bonfires. Fireworks evident at Mirlo, big stuff at Kohler Court and up in Waves. Mrs. Capt slept well.
