The new minimum stream flow requirements for AEP's conditional license for the hydro project have hurt us. It's funny , we never really made it into "official" drought until the last few months. Like jimmyc said , it's been a weird year. Pic below is of the closest ramp to me , I can't use it because my boat drafts about 18 inches of water. I'm really missing Striper fishing this year. A few more pictures in the link.
