Avalon Pier needs to give their webcam a Windex wipe it would stop the sun glare and make the people further out clearer. I saw somebody cleaning fish on the Nags Head Pier Webcam picture shot of the fish cleaning table earlier, looked like the guy was having a lot of trouble so I'd guess a flounder.

The water looks good but needs to rough up some more. I'd fish up close around the pilings with shrimp, squid, sand fleas for spadefish, triggerfish, sheepshead with the clearer water. Cast a flounder rig or white bucktail along the bottom for flounder.
