Personally I think that now every one has to pay to fish on the Outer Banks that we should have some privileges too over the Birds although I know NPS and the N.C. wild life are two agency’s

I believe in conservation and sharing the land with all kinds of animal friend or foe but closing beaches it order to over protect the bird that really has no real need in our eco system is a rather radical move. Going to the point of trapping animal who pray on these birds is an interruption of the natural eco balance too .

Wake up NPS let the park be for the people like they were designed for.
