Firsh/bait odor in car

Getting ready to make annual trip to Hatteras from Roanoke.

Every year takes about 2 months and a lot of work to get fish/bait odor out of car after trip. (Not like I catch/keep lot of fish, never bring fish back, if catch and keep anything, I give it away) Other than common sense requirements of keeping all bait/fish in cooler, keeping thing clean, etc., any advice of keeping odor out of automobile. thanks Jerry
