Here are the comments I submitted concerning critical habitat. I urge all to submit your concerns.

"Designation of critical habitat in Cape Hatteras is completely uncalled for. The Plover population is already rebounding and there is no scientific basis that shows human interaction is hindering the existence of these birds. More critical habitat in this park will have a devastating impact on the local economy. It will also greatly hinder the general population in their efforts to enjoy this supposed "recreation area." If you continue to take more and more of this land away from us you should consider changing the name of this park since there will be no more land for the people to use. This is an absolute disgrace and a classic example of a few radical environmental groups dictating policy to the federal government."
