new regs

I have been a regular OBX visitor for 20 years, and now enjoy learning my daughters the adventures of fishing at the very best beaches anywhere. I do believe, that if the current course is allowed to continue, fishing the OBX will be a lost art. My reason for posting is because I'm not sure of the new regulations and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. Thanks for the help.
