super bowl recipe

this is for meatballs: you will need 2 lbs. of lean hamburger. 1 lb. of lean sausage. 1 sweet onion. 1 green pepper. salt and pepper. poulty seasoning. sage. 2 eggs. ritz or saltine cracker crumbs. 1 can of cream of mushroom soup. 1 can of cream of celery. mince everything up and put in a large bowl. add the meat, eggs and seasonings(how much seasoning is up to you. watch the salt, because the soup has alot of sodium). put in cracker crumbs and mix and roll into balls. brown in an electric skillet or big frying pan. add the soup. stir gently and simmer on low until the soup turns to brown gravy. you may have to add a little water if gravy becomes to thick. stick toothpicks in the balls and serve. you won't even have to wash the pan.
