Outer Banks Voice is running an article that driving fees have been anounced. $120.00 per calendar year and $50.00 per week week starting when permit is issued. If you look at the map, theres hardley anywhere to drive. Audobons effort to eliminate humans from Hatteras island looks to be within reach. Unbelievable
