Well it's been released and us fishermen who like to drive on the beach will be headed north like King spoke about. Not only are they closing some great fishing spots year round, but they are messing with every aspect of beach driving including lowering the speed limit. Then if there are pedestrians it drops to 5mph. Gimme a break. when the sand is soft like sugar, 5 mph will get you stuck.
