Fowel hooked a 27" flounder on the oyster bed to the left of the pier a few years ago on a double trout jig.Not proud about the hookup but it tasted great.Maybe he hit at it and missed and it caught him in the back or at least that is my story. I'm stickin to it.Anyway great fishing spot. Cought some nice shrimp in my cast net there one time.Also met some snakes there I don't consider friends.
