Fish all of the sound bridges for stripers. The old and new Manns harbor, the Washington Baum, and the Wright Memorial. Throw jigs or live bait to the pilings. You might want to try trolling to locate some fish and then cast. Try pulling stretch 15's, small white or chartreuse bucktails with twister tails in matching colors, or plastic swimbaits in asorted colors. You should also try hanging a bag of chum over the side and drifting with chunks of baitfish or chunk the bridge pilings. The fish are there and are biting when you can deal with the wind conditions. The Bonner bridge (Oregon inlet bridge) and inlet are always good but tricky to navigate for the first couple of times. Try to follow somebody out if you can. The inlet fishing is in a transition right now and can be a little slow. Stripers will be the fish of choice real soon though.
