Manns Harbor

Has anyone fished off or near the new pier at Manns Harbor? We used to catch some nice school Rocks there during Thanksgiving week, but haven't had any luck there in years. We used to hook around 20 in the evening using mirrolures. Heading down there T-giving and heard the trip over Bonner Bridge was very scetchy. They only have metal planks covering the bridge and can only drive 15mph.
