Kitty Hawk Pier

The side gate is open with a sign in the pierhouse window if I read it right says the pier is open to people other than HGI guests, $5 fishing pass, $1 sightseeing, $150 season pass and it's open 8am - 10pm. They were catching a few small sea mullet and trout both 6 - 8 inches there today, the ocean is calm and muddy.
