Its Official - Rt 12 Opens NLT 11th

NCDOT posted update on temp bridge and road opening this afternoon = Tuesday 10/11 or sooner, if possible.

And no, you "wags", w/ that date the Capt and crew of old timers will not be the 1st across the bridge!! Arrival = 10/15.

Now if the tri-city mandatory evac lift dovetails to same date.... Best to assume nothing yet.
