whites on the end of virginia dare bridge in manns harbor on 64 has cottages as inexpensive as any thing i've seen.pier and old bridge to manteo is close by. go east on 64 towards nags head and fish on pier across from pirates cove or continue on east and fish little bridge just inside nags head limits. jennets pier and outer banks pier close.plenty of fishing places.
