You'll probably see some trash piled up along the road and some hungry mosquitoes will greet you. The surf might not be fishable until Wednesday, maybe try a pier or the little bridge. I've been using Hawaiian Tropic Tanning Dry Oil for mosquito and biting fly repellent this year, that stuff works really good for some reason. The CVS drug store in KDH and Harris Teeter has it on the Hawaiian Tropic sunscreen display, it comes in a dark brown spray can and smells like coconuts.
