Beach Renavation

Im coming to South Nags Head the first full week of October.Have always had lots of fun fishing from the Beach in front of my rental.This year am staying around 20 mile marker. Do you think the Beach Renavation will effect my success.
Caught seven different species one year near Duck. Cant Wait! Long time reader first time poster keep up the good work.
