The wind change warmed the water up. Looks like you picked a good time. You'll probably have cooler air temps and warm clear water next weekend and some of the week after if the extended forecast is right. The wind is suppose to be from the southwest this week then switch to the north and east by the weekend. Got a little rain with some rumbles of thunder today.

I'd expect bluefish, sea mullet, pompano, spot and probably some big sharks. The Fishbites bloodworms has been working good for the bottom fish, small size hooks. For the bluefish on the 7' rod with lures I'd try a 1 oz metal sling jig or white bucktail, walk around on the beach casting it and look for bird activity. Early morning / evening will probably be the best time.
