September Fishing

I have been coming to Ocracoke for 10 yrs. and decide this year to give Hatteras a try sept. 10 thru the 24th and had a few question about fishing the area.any help would be greatly apprecated also i will have my 21' seapro to fish from and will be fishing sound side and near shore AR's.

1 - AR-296 sound side by frisco, is it worth fishing in Sept. and what type of fish?

2 - AR230 and AR220 are the any good fishing and tpes of fish in Sept.?

3 - any other spots without giving away your honey hole that are good place to fish between Frisco and Hatteras inlet.

i know that my question a very broad, just looking for general info to get started with. will figure it out from there. Thanks again for any help.
