It was rough and windy today. The waves were coming up to the dunes at the houses and there was some overwash on the beach road in Kitty Hawk at high tide. I tried casting in 2 groups of birds diving and was hitting the middle but didn't get any bites. I threw when the wave went out off the beach and reeled in from the dunes. The wind was helping with the cast. :)
