Breakfast - Sam and Ommie's or Nags Head Pier. Both are crowded but worth the wait. If you're up north, go to Blue Point in Duck and be sure to order the seafood omlet.
Lunch - If you guys haven't been, John's on beach road has the best fried Mahi on the east coast. It's a hole in the wall, and the grease is probably only changed every few months. I guess that's where the flavor comes from. It's around MP 5. Also, check out the fish tacos from Tortugas.
Dinner - Cook your catch at Lone Ceadar. If the fishing was slow and your not too fond of eating dog sharks or skate, Marc only serves local seafood too so you know it's good stuff you're getting off their menu. You can't beat the steaks at JK's either if fish isn't your cup o tea.
Late Night - It used to be Tuesday nights, but Chili Pepper's has an awesome sushi chef. I recommend the california roll or the tempura tuna.
