try this at your next party, 2 lbs. lean burger. 1 lb. lean sausage. 2 eggs. cracker crumbs. onions. green pepper. sage to taste. poulty seasoning to taste. pepper to taste. 1 can cream of mushroom soup. 1 can cream of celery soup. mix all together except for soup. add enough cracker crumbs to take up most moisture. roll into medium size balls. brown in a large chicken fryer or electric skillet. carefully stir in both cans of soup. don't add water. cover and let simmer on low heat. stir carefully now and then. soup will turn to a nice brown gravy. stick toothpicks in balls and serve. they will lick the pan clean.
