Carol...no apology necessary!! I guess I just wanted to set that point out without questions.

And you bring up an additional excellent point. My views are that responsible sportsmen and women protect what we have more than any special issue group like the "bird people" and yes, I suspect if they got driving ban, walkers would be the next target and if thay were than ban, public roads and highways nearby would be the next step...close them too. They just seem to have no limits and I feel are always trying to go that "extra mile" to save the world and all the creatures there on! I guess the matter is really in the hands of the courts right now and there is really nothing we can do but wait and see.
