I agree with you on the lack of littering except for one place. The catwalk at Oregan Inlet. I have seen people crunple their beer can and just toss it. Same with anything else they no longer want. I had words with a couple of guys one day who were picking up trash and tossing it into the air to see how far it would fly. The outer banks is a beautifull part of the world, and I love the photos on my desk I took one day south of Rodanthe, one looking north, one looking south. There was noone else there and the pictures of just sand and ocean are great. Hope the beaches stay open for driving.
