I feel that everyone needs to listen! Thanks Richard and my letter will be sent out. What happens on the coast affects the fish that come up the rivers to spawn. It affects all fisherman. I believe in wasting nothing. When I hunt, I only kill what is going to be eaten so its only right that a limit of some sort needs to be set regardless of size and then their hopefully will be no dead stoppers floating around unless a boat is dumping because they discovered that they were over lb. limits. Its such a sad thing to see wasted fish. This is our future we are talking about.
