In reading reports from tackle shops it looks like you need to go to Ocracoke to catch a fish from the surf although the Red Drum Shop's report said there are Stripers close to the beach at Oregan Inlet. Problem is in the next sentance he says noone is there to catch them so I don't know how he knows they are there. Must be clarvoyant.
