Its illegal to "target ocean striped bass in Federal Waters" I agree on the trawlers. They need to be put out of business. They ruin the fishing for everyone! They cost the outer banks millions of dollars by ruining fishing for thousands of people who come here for recreational fishing, and irrepairably damage the striper population for a quick buck! No other states allow this garbage. Butits illegal to catch and release striper outside of 3 mile line.
