beach closures final report

Have you guys read this bucket of crapola yet? It's unbelievable, not only are they going to close certain areas year round, but also build parking lots and new ramps as well. Seems like a bunch of no thought at all decisions when making the plan.
If your an Outer Banks fan you need to read this and get involved in the fight any way you can.
