I think TW's tackle shop sells frozen sand fleas. They like sunny days on the beach not cloudy days. Usually if they aren't on the beach then the sand fleas are on the outer bar. You can catch a handful of them even during January and February by dragging a metal lure with a treble hook across the outer bar. They have a long thing on them when the ocean gets real cold and are harder to catch.
