Looked Fishable

Not much wind this morning, still rainy. The surf is muddy but looked almost normal rough around low tide, I saw a wide beach with some nice slough holes. Some eel grass and skate egg clusters washed up at the high tide line along with some conchs washing up at the water, most were pieces. I only saw one person on the beach walking a dog.

Might be some bottom fish around like spot, croaker, sea mullet and puppy drum. If it's too trashy I'd probably start off with fluorescent colors for the lures with the muddy water or something white.
