Going to Rain/Storm next week...

Weather.com says Scattered storms all week...and I've been looking forward to going for months. :(

Assuming I can get a better feel for the storms (morning/afternoon/evening) day by day....and I really want to fish....

When to try to fish...before or immediately after the storms is best?
