Thanks for the report.

I'll be on the Outer Banks 8/21-8/28. Can't wait.

VA Beach is a short weekend trip for us , so we're down there a couple of times every summer most years. The VA Beach pier is not the best , but certainly not the worst pier around. I think if more serious fisherman spent a lot of time there it could produce interesting results. It is seriously over run with tourists this time of year though (me included).

Glad to hear you had success on your charter. Sometimes you'll have a bad trip with few fish and most of the captains I know get just as upset as their customers do when that happens. Sounds like you had a good trip!
