I will be heading down to Hatteras village on August 20th and was wondering if anyone could tell me a few spots in the sound where I can catch finger mullet with a cast net? I usually just buy them from bait shops but this year I will be armed with a cast net and would like to be able to get some of my own bait. Thanks.
