Ouch, 62 degree water in July.Not unheard of, was once in Duck in July with the air temp around 100 and the surf temp was 59 at Duck pier.Made for a weird foggy day on the beach. I would think the wind should hopefully turn onshore soon.Wishing you better luck.Any size to the puppy?
