Re: Dune signs. Not on HI. And never saw em on northern beaches either. Must be a Kitty hawk - Nags Head phenom.

Story: (Before cell phones.) One night teenage daughter went for beach walk before sundown. Never came back. Called several friends thinking she stopped to visit. Nope. Called sheriff after 2 hours. She finally showed after 3 1/2 hours. Found guy lost on beach. He had no idea of name of house he was staying at or street name. All he knew was that there was "lots of sand around it and it was on pilings." Daughter rather than dump him, took him to south end of beach and proceeded north on Lighthouse Dr. to help him find the rental. But he had no clue as he told her "these houses all look alike at nite"!! After 3 1/4 hours car stopped w/ occupants looking for him. He was
11 streets south and 2 streets east of place he was staying!! Daughter walked back to our place. We were too relieved to beat her!!

Re: Kings Phantoms. Are you sure you'd hadn't downed a few too many brews after seeing the movie "The Fog"??

And I thought you always took your honeys along at nite for romance. (Whatever romance there is baitin your hooks all nite!!) Bet you feel better now that you got this irrational fear out in the open:):)
