Spots/Croakers 1st Wk August?

I am from Va. Beach Va. but I now live in ATL. I grew up fishing Hampton Roads & the CBBT. I will be in OBX the 1st week of August. I have fished the inlets and bridges from shore for the last three years. This year I am bringing my 19 ft. fishing boat with me. Approx. where in the Sound can I target decent Spots, Croakers & Flounder? Thanks in advance. Tight lines. Greg
