I'd like to guarantee my boys bend a rod

I'm a former NJ surf-striper fisherman now landlocked in Central PA. We're coming to Duck for vacation in August so I'm starting to do a little homework on charters/beaches/baits/times, etc. We'll have walking access to beach and bay, but I don't own a boat.

My boys love to fish and I'd like to make sure we all catch something worth bragging about that will also make it to the dinner table.

If anyone's had luck with a specific charter or party boat and would like to pass along, that would be great.....I know I know, no one likes to give away their best spots, but I'm asking anyway. We don't want to get ripped off with a bad boat or spend $200 on those magical baits/rigs only to find out that it's the crap the tackle shop owner has had for 5 yrs and had to blow the dust off to sell to me as he chuckles at the tourist.

I'll be searching these boards as well, thanks in advance.
