Fishing 6/11 6/12

Good evening everyong just wanted to say i enjoyed my mini vacation on fishermans paradise aka the outer banks. I am a local well only 21 miles from the obx so yeah i guess i am a local lol. Went to Rodanthe for fri and sat with a group of burn kids from the north carolina jacycee burn unit in chapel hill and we stayed at Camp Hatteras had a wondeful time. Now lets get down to the heart of things FISHING on friday at high tide the kids were catching Blues, a few flounders throw backs , sharks, sea mullet, and a few croakers, Sat was a repeat of friday but on the Afternoon hightide. We were using FRESH shrimp and cut bait some Squid and blood worms you can say we had the whole kicthen sink out there lol. The kids had a blast hated to see them leave. A special thanks to Lisa's pizza and Top Dog cafe for helping us out cant wait to do it again.
